For large and complex projects, consistent appearance and performance across batches matter as much as the stone itself. Our own quarry and production facility let us control the entire process—from extraction and stone selection to finishing and the completed product.
Our quarry
Our 5-hectare quarry gives us control over raw-material selection and supports reliable supply for large-scale projects. Annual extraction capacity reaches 30,000 m³, and the operating licence is valid through 2056.
Our production facility
The production facility handles the entire stone processing cycle—from cutting blocks to final finishing. Modern equipment allows us to execute architectural solutions of any complexity.
How we work
01 — Extraction
We extract travertine blocks from our own quarry, selecting stone to match the project requirements.
02 — Block preparation
We prepare the blocks for processing and transfer to the production facility.
03 — Cutting
At our production facility, blocks are cut to the dimensions and thickness specified for the project.
04 — Processing and finishing
We apply the appropriate processing method and finish for the project requirements.
05 — Bespoke production
We manufacture non-standard architectural and decorative elements to drawings and technical specifications.
06 — Quality control
We inspect finished products before packaging and dispatch.
07 — Packaging and delivery
We package and transport finished products, including for export projects.
Production capacity
Annual production exceeds 100,000 m², enabling us to deliver large-scale and complex projects.
Exports and international presence
VEKS products are exported to Russia, the United States, European countries, and the UAE. The company also participates in international industry exhibitions, expanding its partnership and export opportunities.
